Nice to meet you. I bring structure to messy things.
See you on the dance floor.
I run NUSA Lab by day, as a Transformation & Strategy Consultant for the AI era, shaped by 14 years in Stockholm tech and 10 years running my own consultancy in Singapore.
- Led a customer onboarding project that cut onboarding time by 50%.
- Productized an AI/ML solution for Dun & Bradstreet, before the ChatGPT era.
I play the darker, hypnotic side of tribal and progressive house, with a little oriental spice. Occasionally bouncy, groovy techno.
With my housemate Erik, I run House Mates Invites — bringing underground sounds above ground through social events. Local talent, fresh sounds from beyond Sweden, and strangers who become friends somewhere between tracks.
Music has taken me from Stockholm to dance floors in Singapore, Bali, Kuala Lumpur, Berlin, Cologne, and Turku — with a few festivals along the way.
If we met after midnight, you probably already know this side of me.
Everyone wants to become AI-first.
But AI probably isn’t the first thing we’d look at.
We’d look at where your company is losing time.
Where teams don’t talk to each other.
Where people do manual work that makes no sense.
Where customers get stuck between departments.
Then we can talk about AI.
Quick answers
What do you actually help with?
Problems that don't belong to one team: slow onboarding, handovers that break, or projects everyone agrees on but nobody owns. I help leadership teams see the whole picture and decide what to change. More at nusalab.ai →
Who have you helped?
Dun & Bradstreet (Bisnode): aligned customer onboarding across the Nordic countries, and turned an in-house AI/ML capability into a self-service product.
MSAB, a Stockholm digital forensics company: shorter customer journeys, better conversion from trial to purchase, and fewer support escalations.
Leica Geosystems (part of Hexagon): shaping connected IoT products for construction sites, where hardware, software and crews in the field all have to work as one.
In Singapore: ten years of clients, including American Express Asia Pacific, Singapore Exchange, InterContinental Hotels Group and Marina Bay Financial Centre.
What does working with you look like?
Usually a short diagnostic first. I find where things are stuck, share what I see, and we agree the next steps together.
Do we need to be "doing AI" already?
No. Most companies start by fixing how things work between teams. AI helps once that's clear, and I'll say so when it doesn't.
I also DJ, and run House Mates, a collective behind the House Mates Invites parties in Stockholm. If you'd rather talk over music than over a whiteboard, that works too.
No big manifesto.
- Bringing underground sounds above ground.
- Local talent. New sounds from further away. People who came for the music and stayed for the vibe.
- That’s House Mates.
Dates and lineups drop on @housemates.invites first.
Apparently you’ve met both versions of me.
By day, I work with companies on messy problems that fall between teams.
Different room. Same instinct:
Connect the right things and see what happens.
